This hands-on experience gave him an inside perspective on the firm’s client-centered approach and shaped his commitment to diligently advocate for clients in need. Mr. Goldstein earned his J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Colorado.
As an avid and very experienced skier, Mr. Goldstein brings the intuitive perspective that is required for successfully handling skiing and snowboard injury cases. Mr. Goldstein’s personal injury practice also focuses on auto, motorcycle, and trucking collisions, insurance law, including bad faith, slip and falls, and dog bites. Mr. Goldstein also handles real estate and contract disputes. Family law and divorce clients benefit from Mr. Goldstein’s pragmatic common-sense approach to helping people and families in need. Mr. Goldstein approaches each case with strategic intention, and a focus on achieving results that align with each client’s goals.
When Mr. Goldstein is not working tirelessly for his clients, he enjoys exploring Colorado. He is an avid skier, golfer, biker, and hiker. Mr. Goldstein is both passionate and compassionate about making a difference in his clients’ lives and takes pride in guiding them through challenging and stressful times.
